An elegant pair of French 20th-century bedside tables with marble tops. Estimated to be mid 1900s.
These bedside tables feature two drawers with shaped apron fronts, raised on slender cabriole legs. The figured veneers are arranged in a chevron pattern, with floral marquetry panels to the drawer fronts. The marble tops were designed to sit in place and are not secured down.
Expertly restored and presented in excellent condition, with some light age-appropriate wear. This includes a very small chip to the marble on the back of one of them. However, this would be barely noticeable once placed against a wall (please see photographs for details).
