Shipping policy
We endeavor to process all orders as soon as possible and dispatch items within one week. If you are purchasing more than one item please get in touch before purchasing so we can let you know a combined shipping cost.
If you require your item within a certain time frame, please contact us before purchasing.
Delivery providers
- Small items are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Medium items are shipped with Parcelforce Express 24
- Larger items will be shipped via one of our trusted couriers within 1-3 weeks. This is doorstep delivery only, unless requested otherwise prior to purchasing
Storage
If you are working on a project or renovation and would like us to store your item/s for you, please get in touch.
