Refund policy

We understand the importance of choosing the right piece of furniture for your home. That’s why we offer an effortless returns policy so that you can be completely confident that your chosen piece is a good fit for your space. 

If you would like to return an item for any reason, we kindly ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing us at hello@custodianantiques.co.uk. Items must then be delivered back to us within 14 days in the exact condition as they left us. Once we have safely received your return, we will notify you and refund you the cost of the item in full, excluding the original cost of delivery. 

Please note that most of our items are antiques and will not be in perfect condition. All items are listed with a condition report outlining any major discrepancies, so please look through all photographs and read the item description carefully before purchasing.
