A late Victorian antique oak pedestal desk. Circa late 1800s.
Crafted from quarter-sawn oak with beautiful medullary rays. The desk features deep, ash-lined drawers and is an excellent example of Victorian craftsmanship.
Restored and presented in excellent condition, with some age-appropriate wear. This includes some cosmetic splits to the inside of some of the drawers (please see photographs for details).

A practical yet elegant piece that would work equally well in an office or bedroom. Ideal for use as a desk or dressing table, and particularly well suited to an alcove or bay window.
