A 18th-century Georgian oak-panelled bench. Circa mid 1700s.

An excellent example of an antique Georgian bench featuring beautifully moulded oak panels, complemented by elegant cabriole legs. The timber has developed a fabulous patina over time, giving the piece a lovely warmth and depth.

Height: 92cm, Seat height: 40cm, Height from floor to top of arm: 61.5cm - 70cm, Width: 111cm, Depth: 70cm

Restored and presented in excellent condition, with some age-appropriate wear. This includes some historic woodworm holes, which have been treated for extra measure (please see photographs for details).

A versatile piece that would work beautifully in a hallway, kitchen or dining area. Equally at home in a bedroom, it would sit comfortably in both country and townhouse interiors.
