A primitive 18th century oak dresser. Estimated to be mid 1700s.
This dresser features a moulded rectangular top above a pair of frieze drawers, raised on silhouette forelegs. The brass handles are later additions.
Expertly restored and presented in good condition, with some light age-appropriate wear. There is some gapping around the drawers due to age-related shrinkage, whcih we believe adds to the piece's character (please see photographs for details).
